I liked this as much as your Dracula special despite having less interest in Frankenstein (until now anyway).

A wonderful Top 10 and very appropriate to come out this week, when we are celebrating Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee's birthdays. I love that you can do such thoughtful and thought-provoking essays on serious subjects as well as the hilariously funny reviews of films of questionable value. And that sometimes, they are the same films!

As an aside - the pic of Cushing with the magnifying glance expanding one eye? Have you checked his cameo in the Val Kilmer led "Top Secret"? Now THAT was a homage!

Another fine video. I agree that the final Frankenstein was Cushing's finest performance (perhaps of his career) which, at times, felt like it were being given by a man who, himself, felt that he was near to the end. Thankfully he lived on a few more years and provided us with many more wonderful moments of brilliance.
