More delay & pause of billing for this month (Patreon)

Unfortunately, the aforementioned issue still persists leaving me no time to work on the game. Also because of it, I can feel the sign of my illness flaring up so I'm forced to delay the patch furthermore until much later this month or early next month.

Of course, the billing will be paused for a month.

Really sorry about this, I don't like failing you guys' expectations. :(
