Hello! I'm trying to find a program that will let me paint lines/paths like the grates and such there. Clip studio is promising and on discount right now but it uses a file type I'm unfamiliar and most of the brushes I have like that are in PNG format. Could you tell me how to make .sut files, or recommend a program that uses that format as well as PNGs?

you can turn pngs into brushes in CSP, it's not too complicated. https://www.forgotten-adventures.net/csp-guide-basics/#custombrushes Last part of this section is for "ribbon" brushes
