FA - Clip Studio Paint Mapmaking Guide - Basics (Patreon)

Hey guys!  

Some of you asked for more tutorials, and we promised to deliver... eventually :D

As always I wanted to do it right and as easy to follow as possible, so I've been working on this guide for over ~3 months, it took forever but I think it turned out pretty well and hopefully covers all the basics of CSP for mapmaking :)

We use the art software Clip Studio Paint (CSP) for all of our maps – therefore this guide is made in and for CSP.

This guide is also written by a PC user, and will therefore reference the keys and shortcuts on a PC. If you are using a Mac you will have to know the equivalent keys.

I’m also using a graphics tablet, which helps for pressure sensitive brushes and is especially useful for shading. It is not required for mapmaking in CSP, but is very helpful.

This is a First part of the CSP Mapmaking Guide focusing on initial setup, basics, tools explained and also some tips and trick :)  

We plan on expanding it in the future with Mapmaking Theory and also Step by step guide of map creation from start to finish.
