The way Vision pronounces charade like "garage" is simply the British way. In the United States, you get looked at like an idiot for pronouncing it like that instead of like "parade." There are eight other characters in Marvel comics that can alter reality like Wanda, although none of them have been seen in the MCU yet of course. Regarding Dottie's comment about removing blood from white linen, I think Dottie knows who Wanda really is and that was her way of chastising her over forming this fake reality just to get over the deaths of Pietro and Vision. Your friends are wrong about one thing though. Wanda had help creating her children in the comics, and it came from the person I think will be revealed to be the villain of this series, Mephisto. Mephisto is a demon who convinces people to sell their souls and manipulates humankind, and he can warp reality the same way Wanda can. Wanda unknowingly uses Mephisto’s disassembled soul to magically become pregnant (what with Vision being an android and all). While I believe Wanda has created this pocket universe out of grief, I believe Mephisto is secretly manipulating her and the glitches are Wanda's subconscious trying to tell her this isn't real and to return to the real world.
