i see now that I went on a computer instead of a phone, apparently the full reactions are only available at the 20$ tier. More than a day notice (I dont even know if we could have cancelled on Sept 30 and not been billed). and a bit more explanation would have been appreciated before we got billed at the beginning of the month. You have to do what you have to do but how would you feel if someone more than doubled the price of a subscription and didnt tell you in time to cancel being billed. Not sure if I am upgrading my subscription or cancelling but either way this was a bad way to handle it.

If you didnt see al the post I've been making regarding the changing of tiers since last month I'll give you an update here: $7 is will *still* get the full reactions but at the same pace as I've been doing it. the $20 tier is for getting the reactions even sooner than the $7. I post the $7 full reactions after I have the reaction edited and uploaded private in my channel. The $20 get the reaction way before I even think about editing them. I think its pretty well explained in the tier description, nothing has changed for the $7 tier, last week I didnt post Buffy because I didnt have time to edit the reaction and so it will be posted this week, I post a weekly schedule to avoid this kind of misunderstandings. After I edit and upload the video as previously said, I go ahead and release the full reaction in the $7 tier. Absolutely nothing else has changed. Unless you were a member of the Pixie Dust tier which was the old $20 tier nothing should have changed for you so I really dont know where this is coming from. Comprension lectora, señores
