Global Entry is a program run by US Customs and Border Patrol. Basically it allows pre-approved low-risk citizens to skip all the lines and check back into the country with just a kiosk. Now, normally this wouldn't apply since Nora is leaving the country, not entering, but with Global Entry also comes TSA Pre-check which allows you to go through an express lane for the metal detector and whatnot. Saves a LOT of time. Nora's secrecy doesn't make much sense here. You can bring as much money as you want when leaving the United States as long as you declare any amount above $10,000 to Customs before you leave. IUD is short for intrauterine device. Something that's inserted into the uterus and is used for long-term birth control. The odds of anyone in the world having an exact duplicate is 1-in-135. This seems like pretty good odds until you take into account that there's 7.4 billion people on Earth. That being said, there's only so many genetic possibilities, and I have seen for myself people who look virtually identical, but share no relations. The two doctors are speaking Russian to each other. They don't explain it well here, but Dr. Bekker has clear disdain for Dr. Van Eeghan. Finland had never even made it to the World Cup Finals, much less won the whole thing. While it is possible in their alternate reality that Finland did indeed win, regardless, having Nora tell him they won is Dr. Bekker's way of saying, "Guess what you missed by not being here." While Nora's answer to the question may be right to you, to the purest of scientists, the taking of even one life that isn't yours is never acceptable, no matter what the rewards may be. To them, Nora is nothing more than a would-be murderer.
