Yeah, there almost certainly won't be more. Neil Gaiman put his all into this because it was Terry Prachett's dying request to him basically. He would never try to continue the story without him. Totally worth following Neil on tumblr if you want a bit more, though. He's very big on fan interaction and he's shared a lot of fun tidbits in answer to questions people have asked/etc.
