Finally done. This month was an annoying one. But like always, whenever I fear finishing up a drawing, it always turns out to look the best haha. For those that haven't read the WIP descriptions, I have decided to start doing CGI stomach texture. This comic would be the test phase, to see if it will work out. I was unsure at first, but seeing the finished thing, I really like how it turned out. Of course if anyone of you has any input, whether this method or the old one is better, go ahead and tell me.

Not the biggest fan how the chewed up food looks like, but you know, it is difficult to get references for stuff like that. And I sure as hell am not going to eat a sandwich just to vomit it out again.

I love how this is looking. One thing I miss that you used to do is fluids in the stomach. You did it with a few comics before and I think youd be even better at it now.

Thanks. Truth is, I think I may worse at it nowadays. But the actual reason why I stopped doing them so much is: anatomy. I tried to find as many references as possible on how stomach acid looks like and how it works, but it's actually quite difficult to get a proper answer, I got many conflicting results. From what I can gather is that when something enters the stomach, it's actually empty. Then liquid comes outside of the walls, almost like sweat, which slowly covers the food more and more until there is a slight puddle. But how it exactly works, how long it takes etc., it's difficult to get a proper answer on that.
