Hello everyone, Corintio here!

Following the implementation of the new NPC character, Ilreth we also started to design a new combat style: Scythe!

And with that in mind, comes the very first question: How should Ilreth (And also Kalyskah) hold their scythe in combat?

I made a quick sketch of the three first ideas that came to my mind, feel free to vote!

having the scythe down allows for more blade control, simply turning the handle allows you to prep the point for all kinds of swings. using the shoulder as a anchor also allows for leverage when it comes to over head swings and one must not forget due to the geometry of the weapon kally should be drawing in the scythe at the apex of her swings like a hook. cause even if the scythe is behind the target if you pull the weapon in you have now got the wepon on targes and can control wht to do from there. PS, having the blade down also allows better control of the handle for blocking purposes.
