I'm sorry about the shitty anatomy but after staring at this image for one hour I wasn't able to correct the mistakes; I know there are many but I can't find them.

Well one thing I notice is that Aiko is supposed to be much older than Tiffany but it doesn't look that way here.

Canonically you're right but it doesn't matter that much. Besides, they're both drawn in an anime style which doesn't account much for aging to begin with.
