Talking about merging traits of toxic masculinity with Maine's cyberpsychosis is interesting, and makes me wonder what a female cyberpsycho might look like in this universe; if it would manifest differently or if all the body mods make people unreasonable and aggressive no matter what. I think Maine's ultra-ego definitely supercharged his path to insanity. I would really like to see a complete contrast to that in the future, someone like Lucy, who is supposed to be level-headed, losing their cool from too many mods, if it would happen in a different way. Maybe you have to be a little insane and unreasonable to alter your body to that degree in the first place.
