Tiers update (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

So main change is that now character suggestions are moved to $6 Goat tier. Also instead of Discord, there will be "character suggestion" post on Patreon at start of each month so people who're not in Discord can participate in those.

Added Aussie tier for those who wants to support me more :O
Honestly had no idea what benefits to give there so I stopped at commissions discounts. I'll try my best there to actually start doing commission openings so it's at least usable x_x

That's it for now~ Maybe in future I'll have some bright ideas to implement. For now I'm trying to be realistic in my capabilities ^^
