Blond ponytail guy appeared once as a distraction during the raid with the rest of the curses to steal the Sukuna fingers and Curse womb at the Tokyo school during their Tokyo-Kyoto school event. The white bob-cut hair person appeared once at the beach where Mahito and the rest of the curses were chilling back in previous season. Those 3 people at the ending we have not seen them before. Don't stress much about it.
