Kisame is usually not a favorite of anyone’s but he is mines he is so cool imo as the story progresses u might not catch all of his backstory but to me I relate in a way to the way carries himself as an akatsuki member personality wise obviously not killing machine strong shark boy lol nd he has such a cool nickname

I love how Naruto is known for shadow clones, but literally, any time someone uses them, it's like the first time he's ever heard of them. "What??! A shadow clone?! What is this witchcraft?! What an unexpected jutsu, I did not see that coming."

Another thing about this guy team vs kisame fight is that he is missing 30% of his chakra because of the jutsu they are performing on gaara. And he still makes guy open the 6th gate while holding back 3 other ninja. BEAST SHARK BOYS #1 FAN HERE

When 8 gates was first introduced they explained that the gates put extreme strain on a persons body and opening the 8th makes you damn near invincible but guarantees the persons death.

Just for reference, Guy opened the 6th gate during this fight. In the Gaara vs Lee fight, the highest Lee could open was the 5th gate, so Guy opened a higher gate than even Lee did.

The thing about Itachi is just when you think you have him figured out, you really don’t, he just throws something else at you! Guy is so fun to watch, he comes across as almost goofy but he’s intelligent and in a battle he is 🔥 He and Kisame are such a good matchup!

I was about to say Kakashi can copy Any Justu as-long as it not a K.G. A GENTIC trait. Take Shikamaru for example the shadow possession jutsu is a SECRET jutsu in his clan. It can be copied. But Kekkai genkai have to be apart of you DNA you inherited a jutsu. So no the Sharigan cannot copy a gentic trait in someone. It can copy any other jutsu Nin, Gen, Tai all included.

Bro i felt it didnt get better until the 3rd arc 😂 I remember watching the Kisame fight and being frustrated at the horrible animation and pacing, they literally used still pictures floating above a water background 😑… then they used the same freaking gaara scene over and over. The animators really did naruto and injustice.

i believe itachi said it before, while kakashi has mastered sharingan considerably, he doesn't share the same uchiha genes (that enable kekkei genkai aka abilities that can only be used by members of a clan) as itachi and sasuke, therefore kakashi cannot unlock the full potential of the sharingan. so yeah, kakashi is at a great disadvantage.

Kakashi can copy any jutsu that isn’t a kekkei genkai. i.e. sharingan abilities, hakus ice, shikamarus shadows, etc.

In original Naruto kakashi says he can’t copy kekkei genkai jutsus after his battle with haku that’s why he wasn’t able to copy hakus jutsu.

To put it into perspective Itachi joined Anbu at 10. That would mean Kakashi and Itachi were in Anbu at the same time.

Someone please do correct me if I'm wrong cuz I'm not sure about this but aren't all sharingan users capable of doing Kakashi's copy skill? Didn't Sasuke copy Rock lee's move using his sharingan back in chuunin exam arc? (the front lotus i think is what it's called?). So basically, isn't the copy move just another skill that a sharingan can offer, in addition to a strong genjutsu? Cuz if it is like that, then wouldn't that mean Itachi is also capable of doing the same thing as Kakashi?

This whole first arc of shippuden is about 32 episodes, which covers 36 chapters of the manga. To put into perspective how bad that pacing is… Chainsaw Mans first season is 12 episodes which covers 38 chapters in the manga. 24 episodes of JJK covered about 50-60 chapters of the manga. Death Note (which came out close to when naruto came out) in its entirety is 32 episodes which was 108 manga chapters… I guess Studio Pierrot was really hell bent on wanting us to see Gaara’s floating body over and over.

The reason why old anime had such bad pacing is because back in those days the bigger shows didn't do seasons and were always ongoing like One Piece is now. Anime studios were worried about catching up to the manga so they had atrocious pacing and a lot of fillers. I would honestly love a redone version of Naruto and the earlier arcs for Shippuden

F.R though. Been wishing since i found them that they were watching dub instead. dub is so much better hits way harder and deeper lol XD far more emotionally gripping and immersive etc etc. Obviously, its cause it's our language so we can understand whats being said and dont have to be constantly reading and can actually pay attention to what's happening instead. But those 2 reasons are beside the point for what i'm talking about lol. The only way to really say it without giving spoilers about countless different scenes/things is if you've seen dub then you know what i mean lol. It's kinda crazy how damn near perfect if not perfect all the voice actors are in the dub. you think Ron has a man crush on/is in love with Garaa Rock lee Might guy Jiraiya and Naruto now? Just imagine if he was watching dub, he would call off the wedding and leave boo bear for em lmfao XD

a lot of ppl consider this arc boring compared to the rest of the show. So if you guys enjoy these episodes than you're gonna love the rest of the series, it only gets better and better. btw, PLEASE add a 3rd day of naruto we all want it lol

Sharingan can only copy what's at least hypothetically within a person's realm of possibility. So, no kekkei genkai, no hiden jutsu (clan jutsu passed from generation to generation), and no jutsu that requires special preparations, or conditions to be met.

See, I don't necessarily have a problem with you saying Kakashi can copy the shadow possession jutsu, but why hasn't he, then? I can't imagine that it wouldn't be useful, or that he hasn't had the opportunity to. I know that wasn't the point of your comment, but I don't actually think he can copy hidden clan techniques.

You only die if you open up all 8 gates. Lee would've been tired from doing it but it was Garaa's attack that really hurt Lee not opening the gates.

Yes, you're right. The Sharingan's special properties are the use of powerful genjutsus and the ability to copy other jutsus by simply looking at them (except Kekkei Genkais, of course). So yes, Itachi is also capable of copying jutsus. Anyone with a Sharingan can do this

For the gates. Every gate greatly amps you. So you could actually open up to 7 and be a battered mess afterward, still be alive though. Just need some recovery time. 8 Gates as stated would give you a power that well surpasses any Kage level people but the power up is temporary and you would die.

I watched this part while I was in junior high school, at that time was with disk and I can finish 30 eps in one day LMAO, and now rewatch it with reaction the pace is indeed kinda slow, i mean here is still not the slowest, some chasing scenes later lol, cant talk more about it

The dub is great, especially in shippuden. Plus I think Ron would’ve loved guy and lee’s dub voices even more😂 Maybe when they’re done with the show, they’d be willing to react to a compilation of the best dub scenes or something like that. That could be interesting. I know the normies are doing a series like that on their channel where they watch sub and dub clips of anime they’ve watched, and then they vote which is better.

Studio Pierrot are criminals for how badly they paced the first 2 arcs of Shippuden. Funny thing is the manga is really fast paced so the experience is wildly different.

Maks to answer your question I assume it’s for show purposes mainly. But if I’m deep diving Secret Clan Justus are probably taught at a very young age I’d guess 5-7 yrs old. It probably takes years to master. He technically can knowing how many “releases” he has… but for the Nara Clan jutsu I see it’s mainly used for support and Kakashi is known to be a upfront fighter so maybe he just doesn’t want to train long enough for a jutsu that doesn’t suit his battle style. Also I don’t think any clan would be happy seeing a non-member doing their Justus (Especially because it’s supposed to be a secret). You could make a lot of enemies. I personally wouldn’t want to piss off a whole clan. Maybe he knows it but out of Respect for a clan he doesn’t use it or teach it. I’d even go as far to say Orochimaru has probably mastered some secret clan jutsu.

The Nara clan Shadow possession jutsu it’s a secret clan jutsu not a Kekkei Genkai. Technically Kakashi could copy it but if was to master it and use it (any clan exclusive jutsu) you’d probably piss off a whole clan that probably would try to assassinate you for the rest of your life. He probably doesn’t use or try to master any clan jutsu to respect a clan.

Agreed this is my fav anime but they REALLY tried to make as much money off Naruto as possible. They know no one wants filler thankfully most Studios know this and don’t take Months to make a filler ark. Some filler is very thought out and good writing but most of it was horrible. Greedy mfs

To answer the question you guys asked around 4 minutes, since kakashi isnt an uchiha by default his sharingan is inferior to the uchihas. Also him using the sharingan expends more chakara

I have to argue that a Secret Clan jutsu can absolutely be copied. It’s NOT a K.G but I think a Clan exclusive jutsu is taboo to use or teach. I’d bet money if I lived in the Naruto-Verse Kakashi could learn a secret clan jutsu. Imagine if you were a clan and saw a Non-member using your jutsu. The whole clan would hunt you for life. I think for story purposes they don’t let Kakashi use secret clan jutsu but IT CAN ABSOLUTELY be Copied. But out of respect for the clan I think Kakashi or anyone w a Sharigan would try to copy a “exclusive clans Justu”. I truly think it’s just disrespectful. Kakashi can do any jutsu besides a GENETIC one. There’s ALOT of evidence he could use ANY secret clan jutsu but for writing purposes and not wanting to piss off a whole clan I believe to give other characters “spot light” they don’t show he absolutely could master ANY jutsu besides KG. Exclusive clan jutsu is supposed to be a secret it probably takes years to master. I’d argue Orochimaru has mastered secret clan jutsu. He makes entire clans his slave to understand their jutsu. That’s my argument it’s already been stated the Sharigan can copy ANY jutsu Gen, Nin, Tai. But it would be HIGHLY disrespectful to use another clans power and for pride not to use your own power to complete your goal.

The leader of Akatasuki is considered, by some, as better dubbed in English than in Japanese (I mean, he's dubbed by Troy Baker who's an incredible voice actor). I also considere Gaara's Dub better, but it's only because Liam O'brien is one of my favorite voice actor.
