Mushrooms/Fungi are one of the most non-researched organisms on the planet. Just in the past 10-20 years we have found out that some mushrooms such as lions mane and some trippy-manes if you get me CAN RE GROW BRAIN CELLS that to me is so insane. They’re just so expensive (supplements) when growing them yourselves is super easy. I heard lions mane taste like crab or lobster. I used to grow a verity of mushrooms super fun just need a sanitary environment and sometimes I’ll scavenge some Reshi in the woods which has ALOT of medicinal benefit. Imo from growing mushrooms, supplements should be super cheap kind of a scam imo but I’d love to take lions mane everyday I used to and the mind clarity is mind blowing (even tho in my experience it takes a month of everyday use to get this clarity of mind). I can only describe it as you can be more observant of your surrounding, converse sentences easier, you feel good it’s hard to explain very heathy for your brain.

Opening is a song from a Japanese band, ‘Mayday’ by ‘Coldrain’ and it features one who was among the best vocalist in Japanese metal named Ryo Kinoshita from another Japanese metal band called ‘Crystal Lake’. (You can’t hear it on the OP, the feature part is in the song’s bridge haha) !! Ryo has now retired due to a throat disease. I’m recommending a thorough check on Coldrain, they do amazing stuffs. Crystal Lake might be a bit violent for you guys haha !!
