Name of episode is pain… yup. That’s what I felt 🥺💀😭 The writing in his anime is perfection. The PURE love that Einar had for Arnheid. The freaking frickitty frickin GROWTH for Thorfinn. My man bossin’ up on everybody… enough to roll up to Prince Canute 🔥 “the king only got about 100 royal guards around him… don’t worry, I’ll make it back alive regardless”. 😫😮‍💨🫠 Thorfinn the 🐐 frfr. The parallels in this is so heartwarming as well. When Thorfinn was speaking to Arnheid about Vinland… it was just like Thors did in the first season with the slave 😭

i love thorfin's character development and i understand the message that the writer wanted to show is peace, but i feel like thorfin's idealism right now is just too unrealistic for that era even though it's a fictional story
