Me

Can't wait until you guys meet Ushijima

Larissa Haig

I was hoping you would have posted episode 25 as well so that next week when you do the next three episode of Haikyuu they were all Season 2 not the last one of Season 1 then the other 2 were Season 2. But I can understand that you want to keep it to just 3 episodes per week. I have enjoyed watching your reactions to the BEST anime ever so very much and I can't wait to watch the next 3 episodes and Season 2 in my opinion was/is the best season. I am so very happy that you both love and respect Oikawa. Not many people see him they way you guys do and it is very refreshing to see you guys on team Oikawa with everyone else who is.

Third Years = Seniors. There are Four in the volleyball club currently. Daichi, Suga ,Asahi, and Kiyoko (female manager). I won't tell you if they stay or not, that would be a spoiler. I wonder, will they continue to play in volley ball club or leave it and focus on their studies.

That baseball reference was tough to listen to

To clear it up Senior High School has 3 years. 1st years - Hinata, Kageyama, Tsukishima, Yamaguchi 2nd years - Tanaka, Nishinoya, and the other three 2nd years(they have not been formally introduced) 3rd years - Daichi, Suga, Asahi, Kiyoko(the girl manager) Also Oikawa is a 3rd year in Aoba Johsai. He is 2 years older than Kageyama so it is also Oikawa's last year to compete in the Nationals. The Interhigh Nationals is the 3rd years last chance to go and win the Nationals before they prepare for graduation exams. There still is a Spring Nationals to compete in the same year. However, seniors do not usually stay for the Spring Nationals as it is very close to the Graduation exams and they would not have fully enough time like other students to prepare for the exams if they were to train and compete in the preliminaries, the tournament and the Nationals itself. The time other students spend to study and prepare for graduation exams, they are busy training for the Spring Nationals and teachers usually do not advise seniors to continue club activities since it is a very important exam for students.

Just to answer Michael question on how noya knew the ball was going out on oikawa serve. It’s actually pretty easy. So basically if the libero is positioned correctly which would be close to the back line if the ball is high for example shoulder height then you know that if you leave it it’s gonna go out where as If it’s towards your hands then it’s going to be in.

onew's falsetto

We need make petition for more épisode just hop to see reaction before 2024 on all 4 season 😂😂

SirCatelot

Don't understand people who are annoyed over you reacting on a reaction channel... that's exactly why we watch in the first place, to see your reaction. So the more you react the better and more hype it gets. Dattebayo

So ace of diamond next?

LelouchFam

btw kageyama wanted to go to shiratorizawa not seijoh. They are the strongest in the prefecture, seijoh has never gotten past them

That cozy meal scene at the end was nice. The mangaka does a great job of portraying the underlying feelings surrounding the matches. Especially from the viewpoint of those that are overlooked or had to give up on volleyball. I wonder if the mangaka had a love for volleyball that he wanted to keep alive.

Mario Prime Plays

I know this is late, but when they were talking about baseball, it reminded me of Ace of the Daimond, an anime very similar to Haikyuu, but for baseball.

yep you're correct. from a 2014 interview: "I started this series because I wanted to write a story about volleyball. I was a member of the volleyball club when I was student, and especially during my high school days, I only went to school for the sole purpose of playing volleyball. I am still attached and unable to let go of that period of time in my life, so via the medium of manga, I wanted to play a volleyball that would “come to an end once I lose” just once more."
