I don't know if you guys noticed that Suga has a similar play style as OIkawa they are both very observant and exploit the weakness of the opponants. They also know how to use their teammates to the best of their abilities This was one of my favourite episode because we finally got to see Suga play and my two favourite characters and setters Suga and Oikawa played against each with similar playing styles. Now you can sort of see why I love both of them equally because they are so similar even in more ways than what I mentioned because you have not seen the rest of this season and next season.

I think Sugawara changed his speech during that little flash from what he would normally say (go win this) because he was on the bench to "let's win this" because he doesnt feel useless now on the bench. He believes that he is just as good as Kageyama but for completely other purpose.

I'm sure its been mentioned before, but I really liked how the final play for Suga was with the Daichi and Asahi, the other third years. This show keeps your in the feels with every play.

"Go win this." was what Suga thought to say or used to say as he felt that he is on the bench and is not competent enough to help the team like Kageyama and thought he would have no chance to play in games. However, in that short moment as he was about to say 'go win this' to Kageyama, he realized that what he has said to Kageyama also applies to him and being bench does not mean he is incompetent or not helpful to the team as both points earned from both of them is for the team. 'Let's win this!' means they are going to win the game together as a team and Suga will play his part to earn points whenever it is his turn to play.
