24xhibit .

This show's take on morality is top tier. Specially so because it introduces the idea of "Christianity" and just cause you can do something doesn't mean it's morally correct. Literally the exact opposite of a Viking, pillaging and plundering to their heart's content, where as it's wrong if u DONT do those things.

the priest realized that thors was the embodiment of love which is what hes trying to find the answer to

Food on screen = Michelle:" That looks good". Literally everytime xD

Twin Hallow

This is really what they have been doing the entire time haha. This episode just does such a good job of putting it in your face. Shows more of what its like for the innocent villagers.

Trinature

Arent they like out of welsh territory and in England again?

RPSiege

I was waiting for Ron to confidently say that this girl was going to be a love interest for Thorfinn Speaking of Thorfinn, it’s very interesting that he didn’t make it as a key character in this episode

komuro

I am not like 100% sure but I guess they are already back on English grounds now

dzuudo

I wonder if you put any of these intros or outros into your spotify? Not Vinland Saga, overall I mean

Elazar

No they are still in Wales crossing through. That's why Askelaad is able to have a conversation with the father before he kills them. And it also shows how far Askelaad is willing to go to protect Wales, he's still "pretending" to be Danish and act like he doesn't care even though in the last few scenes it shows Askelaad when they are burying the bodies and how he kind of looks sad indicating he doesn't feel good about what he just did but it must be done for his plan to succeed.

Daniel Reyes

FYI the reason Anne says "I feel elated now" meaning like.. somewhat happy or relieved is because she felt so much guilt for stealing the ring and that she was the worst person in the world. But after seeing Askelaad's crew and them killing her village, she feels relieved because she realizes that "evil" is relative, and what she did is nothing compared to people like Askelaad and his men. Atleast she is fearful of god's punishment, and she's so shocked Askelaad's men are not at all.

Daniel Reyes

No they are still in Wales. That's why Askelaad is able to have a conversation with the Father and the rest of Askelaad's men cannot. Because he is half Welsh.

Saku

They are now in Mercia, which is England. They left Wales by the end of the last episode as Canute signed the nonaggression treaty.

Saku

They are now in England. I understand the confusion here because it's not really clear in the anime, but it says Mercia, England in the Manga.

However, I'm saying they are now in England based off the following reasons: 1. The manga clearly states that they are in Mercia, England. 2. Bjorn said "how do you say it in English again?" when he and his comrades intruded on Ann's home. 3. Askeladd and his unit got Wales as their allies and were permitted to cross its land. Plundering a Welsh village is like breaking a deal and betraying the general and other Welsh people who agreed to help Askeladd. Besides, Askeladd thinks of Wales as his homeland. The anime also removed several of Ragnar's lines from the manga that indicate they are no longer in Wales, like "turn back to Wales" and "they can't even push the cart in the middle of England." They should have kept at least one of these lines for the anime.

The Christians generally lived in peace from this sort of attack until the vikings in England, they didn't realize these types of people existed until it was too late
