Hi, I don't know if anyone mentioned it (I'm way too late for the party but I'm slowly catching up) : there is a popular theory saying Naruto's world taking place in our (real world) future, after it had been destroyed. hence, the "technology" in Naruto is only a vestige of what we have now. And this same theory state that dragon ball world is even farther in the future.

Also, my other cat is named Yoongi because he’s always chill and laid back & he tends to run away from my affection unless he’s the one that initiates the cuddles 😂😂

I think people tend to forget that not all villages have shinobi and are just normal everyday people. To me, it makes sense that these people would have some sort of technology or form of being able to do things without using shinobi or ninjutsu.
