I know this is old but I tend to agree. People look for all sorts of reasons to excuse his extreme behavior, like Ron does here. You are correct though it is certainly divided the fanbase. At this point in the story there is little to redeem him, unless one just dismisses the bullying & other aspects.

Okay, let's fangirl over the anime characters for a bit haha. I like what All Might about the difference in attitudes at the start, those who are constantly striving to be the best. That is something Katsuki definitely does, and Shouto is partway there, but Izuku isn't there yet. Apart from that... ahhhhh, Shinso's here!!! Our favourite purple boi, UwU, I love him so much, and he's so cynical but at the same time good at motivating others by accident lolz, I love him.

Omg, "Ketchan" XD I honestly thought he was about to say "ketchup" for some reason lmaooo. Also "Tokodori"?! I don't think I've ever heard someone butcher Shouto's name like that before hahaha. Ron's the best, but at the same time - don't ruin the best characters! It's fine if you did it to, say, Endeavour, but I hope Shigaraki and Mei and Shinso will be good.

Awwwww, I'm glad his favourite character is Kacchan even tho they were calling him evil lolz. And trust me when I say - CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. Like, if you 'like' him right now, I guarantee you'll LOVE him by the time you get to the latest season. He gets as cool as our lovely DS trio, hehe, plus backstories and thoughts and emotions y'know.

Business classes focus on learning how to manage heroes, make money, make them popular, etc etc. Support classes focus on making support gear or tech for heroes to help them use their quirks more efficiently, they're basically engineers. General classes are like normal students, they just learn normal classes like english, japanese, maths, etc. And then ofc there's the hero classes, students trying to become a hero.

Just a random fact. If yall notice in Demon Slayer. Tengen’s Sound Breathing first form is called “Todoroki”. It also means “Roar” in Japanese ✌🏻 It was in the scene where tengen blast a huge hole through the underground during the fight with obi belts 😬

One fun fact: for todoroki's given name, shōto (焦凍), it literally means scorch/burn (焦) and freeze (凍). These 2 kanji characters, that each make up half of his given name, gives him the "half-hot half-cold" nickname 😄 which is cool because you dont normally see characters' names relate so closely to their abilities

Momo and Todoroki got in through recommendations. They didn't compete in the entrance exam, so Bakugo is seen as first. LOL!! I can remember watching this thinking all might was so delusional. I love that mentality though. Show everyone you're number wan!!!

Bakugo doesn't really come from a sad backstory or anything. he's just a annoying egotistical kid and his growing up doesn't explain his behavior which is why the fanbase is so divided on his character, one half loves him and the other hates him. I don't really care for Bakugo. I mean Todoroki has had it far worse and he's cool

Actually, I'd say it does. That's not to say he had it badly, but he's a classic example of what happens when you're being raised in an environment filled with yes-men who keep on telling you that you're special, and expect you to excel. He's been taught that showing vulnerability or weakness of any kind in any situation means that you're basically a sissy, and that's why he's so mad at Izuku all the time - because he sees his own weaknesses in the way he cares for him.
