When it comes to insecurity. I haven’t felt insecure body wise since I was 14. Last year I got depressed and went from 160lbs in just a year. I was working out a lot now I feel “ugly”. I’m now 260lbs with stretch marks all across my body now I’m insecure about taking my shirt off. Same goes with women I don’t feel comfortable having relations. Ron I can tell your in pain. I wish you the best Ron. I hope you feel better. Life is rough.
