When it comes to The Sharingan there is two different types of specialties within that Sharingan. There is the eye of Insight and eye of deception. It all depends on what abilities u personally awaken. So when they refer to ocular jutsu they r referring to those two specifically havent sharingan with more natural Genjutsu abilities. Also each individual tomue in the sharingan has a different purpose. Every Tomoe u unlock increases your eyes perception or deception or both.

the simplest way to explain Jugo being soo OP is that hes basically always in "Sage Mode" figuratively speaking...so even if he gave sasuke half his chakra hes always getting more naturally from the environment..and if you remember nature chakra made the small green toad strong enough to toss Gamabunta across the battlefield and Naruto was able to suplex a giant rhino ..Jugo is literally a walking chakra tank

this is almost the exact point at which sasukes asspulls and plot armor begin to increase in direct opposition to his logic and decision making skills. its all complete nonsense powerups and stupider and stupider thinking from here till boruto. or maybe even as early as killer b fight. man its been a long time since i watched this part.
