Anime tends to cut out things in the manga so I always recommend to read the manga too, it's more detailed (and original, after all). Except some manga like AoT, the author himself added the scenes in the anime to provide more info. But it's pretty rare. Most anime are made not checked by the original author so it's pretty much messed up when things they cut is important and even worse, connected to the further story.

So in the first Hunter x Hunter from 1999 Hisoka had orange hair, this is the 2011 one so this season I think they tried to make him look like the original character but I like his pink hair better 😭

Nice catch, Parison and Ging were different. And from countless time I've watched both myself and from reaction videos, I can say that you are a few people who can catch it right away from their introduction. (Which I was able to, but no one can catch every detail the first time watching right?) By the way, you can watch an outro song, it's contain no spoiler. But for an intro song you should wait until after you finish about EP143, I mean it's a very cool intro I'm kinda understand why you guys wanna watched it.
