A tweet I made about video game poop ended up in a Polygon article.
Dragon Quest Builders 2 turns poop into a crafting material that players can use to make more items - and players are having a laugh at how the system works. It doesn't help that the in-game AI isn't very bright, and will form huge lines to the bathroom.
