How hands on should I be when it comes to Patrons? (Patreon)

I was just about the send a message to one of my patrons who has been "declined" for the past few months, but then I wondered if I was over stepping or some thing. Like what if this person is going through some stuff and thats why they havnt made a payment and im just intruding. ugh I over think things.

Im hoping they know and can take care of it them selves, and they arnt getting the benefits of that tier so im not feeling cheated. So im thinking maybe hands off is the way to go. I just dont want people to feel left out or some thing
