So a note to every one, don't try to read ToS stuff with tired eye balls.

What i was concerned about with paypal has already gone into effect and I have been using it with out problems for almost a month. I saw the date say the 29th but skimmed over the "March" part of that date. So yeah I miss read, its not the first time and probably isn't the last.
