Getting prepared for a XenoExotic Transformative Fashion Show is often a process fraught with peril. Attempting to combine two of the most striking semi-symbiotic living fungal attire previously featured on the show seemed like a good idea, but something about the combination resulted in something far more transformative than intended. Spores inserted in its subjects' moist places failed to cover its subject prior to a slow fungal conversion as they would have if only one were applied. Instead, the combined bestindia leaf fungus and lodarxi mushrooms work to simultaneously infest its victim's soft flesh and transform it all at the same time.

Though perfectly painless and rather intoxicating, as both fungi tend to be, the transformation is relatively rapid, taking only about thirty minutes to reach the 'zombie' state. In this state, the victim is a virtual zombie who, despite being fully conscious and still themselves, will do little else but attempt to infest further victims with its fungus via intimate insertion. The zombie state will up to three days, plus an additional day for each new victim infested with the fungus. Once this time has passed, the victim is fully transformed into a mushroom which emits both bestindia and lodarxi spores for several weeks before shriveling away to reveal the subject's bare skeleton, the only part of their body which the fungus could not transform.
