So this whole prequel: basically our intro into President Snows beginnings. If you remember, in the first Hunger Games, he was such an evil presence. So sneaky,and manipulative and cruel. It's wierd to see him slightly humanized and hate him so much. Suzanne Collins (the author) wrote The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes after she wrote the first three books because the whole world wanted to know more about the President. The whole franchise is just the best depiction of human nature.. love 😍
