Mr. Chompy (Patreon)

Discord looked over at his newly wedded life who was sitting on the floor of her...their forest cottage. For the last week she'd been working on...on whatever she'd been working on. Whatever it was it was long, large, grey and white, and floppy.

     Finally she set the needle and thread down patted the finished project. "There you are Mr. Chompy! All done!"

    "Mr. Chompy?" Discord peered over the top of his reading glasses. "What is Mr. Chompy?"

     Fluttershy smiled at her husband and then reached behind herself and picked up a book. The draconequus leaned forward and read the cover.

     Sharks of the World

     The mare continued. "Sharks are fascinating, ancient, and important parts of the ocean's ecosystem. I'd love to have one as a friend, but the oceans are far away. Sooo, instead I've decided to make this plushie of one! His name is Mr. Chompy! He's a Great White Shark."

      Discord arched an eyebrow. "Mr. Chompy? Aren't shark suppose to be dangerous predators, and you made a stuffed toy of one?"

      Fluttershy made a pouty face. "It's true that sharks are predators, but, but only because they have to so they can survive." She then gave the doll a big hug. 

      Discord stared at his wife for a moment and then he went back to his book.

      This was the final drawing from my all request Picarto stream. It was for Fluttershy with a Great White Shark. This is the image and the story that popped into my head.
