One of the drawings I started during my most recent Picarto stream. My focus for that stream was to go in some more depth about the mental process and techniques I use when I'm drawing. 

     During the second hour of the stream I discussed how one can use construction lines to give a figure depth and solidity. Now, since I've been drawing for decades I will often not use all of these construction lines, but I decided put all of them in this drawing to show how they can be employed.  

     So I started this drawing of anthropomorphic Tempest Shadow during the stream and here's how the finished drawing came out.

It really is interesting how a lot of the basic concepts, that many if not all artists start with, can result in varying outcomes. Really neat how this one turned out and was happy to see Tempest get some time in the spotlight. And even delightfully dressed for the occasion. :)
