This drawing has many possible titles:

    1. Uh oh!

    2. I had to go and touch it.

    3. I'm going leave this artifact right where I found it!

    4. Mommy!

This was the 3rd drawing I started during my most recent Picarto stream. The theme of stream was summer vacation. Often when one is on vacation, especially in remote and undeveloped locations one can discover all kinds of interesting objects:

    1. An arrowhead

    2. A fossil

    3. A remnant of a former building or community

    4. An ancient artifact of eldritch nature and of dark, unfathomable power and horror.

Guess which one Sweetie Belle discovered. This was a request from the audience in the chat.  Sweetie Belle accidentally releasing a being of eldritch nature. I wonder if Cthulhu would like her to help him build a sand castle?

I'm suddenly reminded of that moment in episode Lesson Zero where Sweetie Bell, desperate to come up with something nice, says "I really like their mane...?" and responding to the elder god with something like "They looked lonely an was just looking for you..." in the same tone of voice while trying to convince them not to do something terrible. But their look says they've yet to see them but they know something bad is behind them. Very nice how you managed to blend the terrifying with the sweetness. :)

I think the one in trouble is Cthulu ;)

Thwaitesy

I can imagine it being one of those scenes when she turns around and see that thing. Sweetie bell, naturally screams, which causes the Cthulhu to start screaming as well lol

I could see her throwing the artifact start up in the air and then running out of the grotto screaming at the top of her lungs while frantically waving her arms.

Imagine if she turned to face the eldritch horror and it said, "New friend!" And then in the next scene had joined the campers for s'mores around an evening campfire. New camp mascot?
