Seaside Adventures (Patreon)

Daring Do sat under the awning of the beach side bar and sipped on something large, fruity, tropical, and full of rum.  It wasn't her first drink of the day, but she couldn't remember if it was her second or third. It didn't really matter. She smiled. That's just how she wanted it. 

     After another long sip she paused and took in the view. The brilliant cobalt blue sky dotted with white, cumulus clouds.  A sparkling turquoise sea who's waves gently washed onto beaches of white gold sand. A soothing breeze tousled her mane and made the palm fronds in the nearby trees hiss and rattle. The pegasi mare closed her eyes breathed in the sea breeze.  Slowly she opened her eyes.  She turned her and addressed the pony standing near her. 

    "If you were to just read the published accounts of my adventures you might be led to believe that the only places where adventures can occur is in dark jungles, dank swamps, or dangerous mountain peaks. But adventure can happen anywhere and with anypony you meet. 

     She smiled at the pony. "So. What's your name?"

     The theme of my most recent Picarto stream was swimsuits, and on that stream I started a drawing of Daring Do in a bikini. However after the stream I looked at it and was very unhappy with it. So I decided to do a new piece instead. This is that piece.
