A patron reward for Drew Maxwell. The stallion is his OC Tenon who's a woodworker in Ponyville, and recently he saw the drawing I did of AJ as a mermaid She's got a new shirt and asked me to do something like that with his character. 

    The scenario here is that after the Mane Six's adventures in defeating the Storm King and his minions Queen Novo gave them each a medallion/amulet that allows them to transform into mermaid/sea ponies at will. 

    Well AJ has taken a liking to swimming as a sea pony, but she often didn't have the time to go down to the pond for a swim, so she commissioned Tenon to build her a large barrel, vat, above ground swimming pool for her. Initially Tenon didn't exactly know why she wanted it this, but he built it only to find out why when he showed up to do a followup inspection after it had filled and found AJ swimming in it. With no shirt. So to keep sociable he loaned the mare his shirt while they sat and chatted.
