Flame Job (Patreon)

One of the things that can be tricky when I'm taking requests during my Picarto streams is not finding a good idea to draw, but triaging the flood of ideas to find the ones I think I can get a drawing laid out adequately in one hour. So often many good ideas get left behind. 

     The theme of my most recent stream was Anime/ MLP/ Equestria Girls. One of the requests was to have Sunset Shimmer cosplaying. The idea sounded interesting but I didn't have an immediate image in my head. Then a few days later this image popped into my head. 

     For this picture Sunny is cosplaying Yoko Littner from the anime Gurren Lagann.  I realized that Yoko's outfit would also making an excellent stage costume for Sunset to wear during The Rainboom's performances.  

    On Saturday 5/1/21 starting at 5:30pm Pacific I'll be streaming on Picarto again. So join me for an evening art, stories, and D&D report.
