Hurricane Season (Patreon)

The ocean breezes caused the palm trees to sway and move. The pool area of the island resort was bustling with activity as ponies escaped from the heat of the afternoon sun. They splashed and swam in the cool waters. Filling the air with the sounds of laughter and mirthful talking. 

     Vinyl Scratch weaved her way through the crowd of ponies as she made her way to a pony who was sitting on a folding chair near the pool. The dove grey earth pony mare in the chair seemed to be just chilling. A wide brim fedora of tobacco brown felt covered much of her face. From beneath the hat a long mane of glistening black hair poured out like a waterfall. Her tail was of equal color and beauty kept the mane company.

    Along with the fedora the mare wore a white, long sleeved, cotton shirt that was unbuttoned to reveal a bikini made of some shimmering black material. In the mare's left hand was a tall glass filled with a pinkish orange liquid. As the white unicorn walked up the seat mare lifted her head smiled. 

   "Hello dear. Decided to come down to the pool and join me for a drink?" 

   Vinyl grinned and lifted the sunglasses from her eyes. "Yeah I could go for something cold myself. Whatcha drinking?"  

   Octavia smiled. "Oh this? It's a called a Hurricane, and they're most refreshing when things get hot!"

    The earth pony looked Vinyl in the eyes as she took a long, slow, deep suck on the straw, and Vinyl had to agree it was very hot right now.

     A patron reward for Octavia Melody. They wanted classic music horse to be dressed somewhat similar to an earlier piece. New Hat
