Rarity looked at the giant spider with alarm as it slowly started to wrap her up in sheets of silk. She quickly glanced over at Fluttershy who was struggling in the spider's web.

"Fluttershy dear! You're the expert when comes to animals! I could use your expertise right now!"

A recent finished commission that I wanted to get finished before Halloween. I wanted the piece to have that feel of numerous EC Comics like Tale from the Crypt.

This is piece that I did several pieces of development art for Golden Orb Weaver study sketches  Revised outfits for Rarity.

This Saturday October 31st starting at 5:30pm Pacific I'll be hosting a Halloween themed Picarto stream. So join me for an evening of art, stories, D&D report and some devilishly fun people.

Never been a fan of spiders, but this looks amazing. As always such lovely work, definitely a good one to have out before Halloween.

This came out looking incredible.

Oooo... now there's a excruciating way to die, if the spider's venom doesn't knock her out first. Nothing like having your insides liquefied and sucked out while awake. Knowing Baron, could be either.

Not only wrapping her in raw, unwoven silk, but removing the stylish outfit she chose for this adventure! Such offenses against fashion! (Fluttershy's reply might be: "Um, yes, in my expert opinion -- she's eating one of us. Goodbye, Rarity. I'll let the others know what happened.")

Looking at several of the other wrapped bodies, either that spider is a successful hunter/trapper or it isn't the only spider hunting/trapping in this area. Giant spiders, an arachnophobe's nightmare.

Not to mention the spider "copping a feel"! Spider seems to have some "interesting" ideas?
