New Announcement Art (Patreon)

Since there have been a slow, but steady series of improvements to my Picarto stream, I thought it only appropriate that I make some new announcement art for it.

This was a one and a half hour speedpaint of sorts that I did in Clip Studio Paint. Definitely more of a study than a finished piece.
