Tate Ollivion Windsor is a talented swimmer who performs well in any university swim-meets they participate in. After a worldwide event, they began exhibiting the ability to manipulate water in its various forms.

Hailing from London, England - Tate is someone who is present to listen rather than teach, and exudes a quiet calm that easily soothes tension around them. They also live with depressive episodes which can result in a lack of direct motivation at times. However, when Tate's mind is made up about accomplishing a goal, they will pursue it to the best of their ability.

Being able to mentally control something as fluid and versatile as water, Tate favours on-the-fly tactics. They are able to switch from offense to defense in a fight smoothly and naturally. Steam-based cover, surging bouts of water and flying needles of ice along with their expert swimming through currents; an expansive repertoire paired with a flexible mind renders them capable of turning the tide of battle however they choose.
