The thing about Royce lining his pockets might be a little off. Those card games are his way of funding his campaign, and it works because the people he's in bed with understand that to STAY in bed with him, they have to let him win. But no doubt the act of getting in bed with these people who want something back from the city of Baltimore, development deals and so on (think about how the harbour guys were in direct competition to these people wanting to build condos for rich people) is the amoral part. And maybe getting into bed with them was for his own benefit rather than the city's.

Shooting a hardworking citizen was kind of the point. If they shot a bum, the chances of Omar getting snatched up are pretty slim. It's awful, and evil, but that's why it's more likely to work. Marlo and crew are cold as hell. But you right. Wrong place wrong time. Just like that guard, just trying to be a man with dignity in the same time zone as Marlo got him merked.

Killing citizens for no reason. I mean with convenience store guy there was a trivial reason, but the delivery woman was absolutely innocent. (Framing Omar doesn't count as a reason, none of this is "in the game")

mcnulty is kinda absent this season bc the actor is from the uk and he missed his family, i think he had his first kid around this time, and this was the compromise lol.

I'm glad you're invested in Namond. One of my absolute favourite characters. Also glad you're staying focused on the summer boy's ages and keeping everything in context. It's so lame when reactors are getting frustrated with these kids for not action like action heroes. FACTS .. Robert Chew who portrayed Prop Hoe, I mean Joe was an Acting Coach in Baltimore & was very integral especially in Season 4 helping the young actors with their performances.

I've always loved the duality of Chris's advice to Marlo on how to deal with Omar echoing Stringer's advice to Avon on how to deal with Omar way back in Season 1, was brilliant. The difference is Avon initially bucked on Stringer's advice whereas Marlo nodded his head in agreement to Chris advising against putting a bounty on Hoe-Mar Little. #TellemTANKseddit
