Walt gaslighted Skyler in the beginning of the episode, and then by the end it was the other way around. Skyler may not be able to kick him out, but she’s making him sleep on the couch and letting him know that she doesn’t owe him her loyalty as a spouse anymore. Jesse was trying to cope by hearing Jane’s voicemail, but the line had to disconnect sooner or later. That’s to let him know that it was time to let her go and move on.

Big surprise…. I one million percent disagree lol. Skylar sleeping with Ted is 100 times worse than anything Walt has done to the family. Walt has done terrible things like murder to protect the family. But as far as what he has done to his family all he has done is lie about making a lot of money for them. Skylar maliciously slept with someone else to hurt Walt. And as far as being consistent at dealing out blame I look at intent more than actions . Walter’s actions of course are worse than Skylar’s. But his intent is to make money for his family. He murdered crazy 8 to save his family. Skylar only did what she did to hurt Walt. That’s just the facts lol.

The problem that comes with Walter white dealing meth is that he’s putting his family in danger because now the twins know where he lives now and they could harm his family as well, plus Walter still doesn’t see how his lies has affected Skyler and the family, she’s saving him by not telling the lawyer about his crimes and that puts hella stress on her

Ngl, that cop gave Skylar an "out" when he asked if she knew if anything illegal he was doing. Because she didn't want to "snitch", that was the moment she became fully complicit in helping Walter endanger their family. At least that's the way I've always felt about this moment. However, her "I.F.T." moment is one of the most iconic moments in the show for me. Especially when you factor in Walter's reaction. Priceless. I mean... Good gawd!🫣 Edit to Add: Skylar's lawyer also gave her an out, and broke things down to her concisely. Waiting for Walter to (potentially) die is just a reckless course of action imho.

2 parents with 5 kids and the dad comes to the kids and say that y’all can pick what we eat tonight for dinner pizza or spaghetti. The kids for the most part likes both but ultimately lands on pizza. Then moms comes in and says i really want spaghetti though so dad says that we will do both. Dad comes home with dinner, but comes in the door with a crazy stupid amount of spaghetti…but only a small sized pizza. That’s not fair to the kids that really wanted pizza,right? The Boys is my pizza and while break bad w/meatballs is great as well the kids that wanted pizza deserve more than just one slice…food for thought lol

Saul spelled it out. Skyler is smart enough to know that if Walt gets caught for paying his bills with meth money then she, Walt Jr., and Holly will lose everything they have. They will lose their house and have absolutely nothing. This is why I think her "hail mary" I.F.T. was a clever move to do what she has in her power to get Walter out of the house without ruining her family's life. We'll see how it plays out.

Skylar cheating doesn't give what walt deserves it just makes things worse. if you really don't like walt then you would want Sklyar to take the legal route and put him in jail but this petty match between them to see who will give up first is more entertaining.

In my opinion, what Skyler did is completely different from what Walt has been doing. Walt’s been dealing drugs so he can leave money for his family after he passes. Skyler just up right cheats on him. What walt is doing is wrong, but he is doing what HE beleives is best for his family. Skyler having an affair is literally just to hurt Walt. I dont understand how that makes them “even”

No one deserves a pass in this show. Although I think cheating is a horrible thing to do to someone. I love the more serious discussions this show brings out in yall and us. It's a nice change of pace and a more serious discussion on life and consequences. It's a great break from the typical good vs evil

Skylar has no right to act the way she acts she is a manipulative control freak the only reason she cheated on Walt is because she felt like she was loosing control when Walt moved back in and there was nothing she could do about it so she cheated and told Walt about it immediately just to have one up on him. This is a big difference between Walt and Skylar, Walt is at least doing everything he is doing for the sake of his family Skylar on the other hand did it just to hurt Walt who is the father of her children granted they are both hurting their family directly however in Walt’s head he helping them and in Skylar’s head shes just attacking Walt

They really didn’t explain it before, but l looked it up and Walt left the company on his own without telling anyone and sold his shares of the company to Elliot before the company became successful, and then tried to turn into a story of how Gretchen and Elliot forced him out of the company even though he made the choice to leave without telling anybody because of his ego and pride.

You said it yourself Skylar did it to break the family Walt is taking major risk to try and save it granted he is doing it in the worst way possible but still his intention is to save his family. You say she cheated to get away from her criminal husband but you’re forgetting that she cheated with another criminal. And the point I was trying to make is that she’s a manipulative control freak, she lost the battle against Walt with trying to kick him out so she found another way to try to get him to leave. Another example of her being a manipulative control freak is when she planned that intervention for Walt to get the treatment, he had said he didn’t want it and she staged that whole thing to try and get him to do it she even had that whole talking pillow thing and wanted everyone to express their feelings but the second Marie said how she felt about letting Walter do whatever he decides Skylar freaked out because she wasn’t getting her way and I could keep giving reasons to why I don’t like her but this is getting too long and a lot of reasons have spoilers

Just to touch on the Jane situation, it seems horrible what Walt did and that his choice led to the planes crashing....yes it was a screwed up decision, but Walt did that because he knew that Jane was horrible for Jesse and that Jesse would have ultimately overdosed just like Jane did.

Obviously Walt has made a lot of bad decisions and has his own motives, but he did turn down Gus' insane offer. He got the money he needed for his family while also feeling proud about something he did for once in his life. He's trying to go back to the man he was at the beginning of the show.

Dude, you're blind. Skyler has been a horrible wife. As his wife, she should have known about his pride & ego, and his disdain towards charity, but instead of supporting him in his flaws, she makes them public. Telling Gretchen and Elliot about his cancer, throwing a party telling everyone that his treatment is being paid for by someone else, the "cheering" for the money website at the dinner table right in his face. She is selfish and a control freak. He didn't want to do chemo to begin with but Skyler manipulated him into it. During the "intervention" the moment things didn't go her way she got mad, when she was mad or overwhelmed she started smoking WHILE pregnant which is the most selfish thing you can do, and when she lost control of Walt during the separation she had to go fuck Ted to prove that she's in control. The timing is also fucked up. Walt was out of the game, he made the money he needed, and finally opened up and told the truth to Skyler and her response is to fuck another man, who, ironically, is ALSO a FELLON who she HELPED commit a crime. She's also EXTREMELY hypocritical. When she found out that Walt was a criminal, she threw him out. When she found out that Ted was a criminal, she HELPED him. To top it all off, as shown in the Pilot, Walt was a man whos been completely emasculated, both by his wife and Hank. He was living a dead-end life as a high-school teacher and part-time carwash with a terrible boss who took advantage of him, and suddenly he finds out he has cancer. You'd think that out of all the people in the world that would give him some slack, it would be his wife, but no. She immediately thought about herself, her needs in front of his, and when she found out that Walt used his limited time and put everything on the line to start selling drugs so his family could still have a future after he's gone, he fucked another man and threw it right back in his face. And for what? Even if she was done with Walt, she could at least have shown a tiny bit of appreciation for the money he made for her and the kids, accepted the truth, forget about the lies, understand why he did it like she did with Ted and helped him in his last days, but no. Just like Walt, Skyler is a criminal, a liar, a manipulator, and selfish. And since you seem to hate Walt so much... All the bad things Walt did were for his family... All the bad things Skyler did were for, what? Herself? As a statement? As punishment? All juvenile reasons. Skyler is no better than Walt, and anyone who says that is completely blind.
