Project 15 (Hakos Baelz) - Update 1 - 11/12/2023 (Patreon)

Hi guys!

It's been a while. I was asked to go out of town and help with some errands for several weeks. As a result, I cant do Fuwamoco for this month. However, I am going to make Hakos Baelz since it's extremely doable under these constraints.

Bae's design is pretty amazing. I have never seen so much contrasting color on a vtuber model like any other and blends really well. It is truly a masterpice by Mika Pikazo that she would go all her way and put so much effort into it. It is technically a dumbed-down version of her usual artstyle though. However, the entire model would just screams everything about her.

Personally, it looks pretty easy to model Baelz in general. However, Mika Pikazo's design would put a lot of emphasis on the details. As a result, I would have to stop texturing her occasionally to make a bunch of additional details that I missed. I truly pray for the official 3D modeler during her debut. It would be such an eyesore to make it, but it is truly worth it.

In addition, Mika-san has already planned ahead and put all of the detailed stuff into the design sheet. I was kinda afraid that I would have to create the textures by myself. However, she makes such a great design sheet that I don't have to do a lot of stuff with it. I still remember that I would have to create a lot of custom textures on Finana, Rosemi, and Nina's model. It definitely makes things easier.

I will probably rig the model and make the zatsudan model for next week. Besides that, I would also make another Petra's animation that would be Patreon exclusive. I've also consider reactivating "The Hub" account that has been in dormant for quite some time because of the IRL verification requirements. However, since I've already got myself verified on Patreon several months ago, I would probably do the same for it as well.
