Status Update - October Term Release (Patreon)

Hello!
As you might have noticed we just rolled out Project Code SNOW with a note regarding Hibiki, due to a request on patreon we're adding a smaller chest option for her and we're working hard to release her on time, yet so you don't have to wait for the full term we decided to do a partial release and execute a second one just after we're done.
