Patreon Changes. (Patreon)

I made my decision, I'm going to be staying here. I can't thank you guys enough for the support you've all offered me, both monetary and emotional lately too; I don't know what I did to deserve this, but you're all really really great.

That does mean some changes have to take place too though, which I outlined in this video. If you have better things to do than listen to me ramble for eight minutes (who could blame you) here's a quick rundown;

• All audio commission rewards have been removed. (For every tier; $20, $50 and $100.)
• $50 and $100 patrons will now receive a handwritten, personal letter of thanks from me for every month that they pledge. (I've wanted to do this for years.)
• $100 patrons will be able to give me a video idea suggestion that I'll use as inspiration for a video. (Like video idea voting, but you are the only suggestion and the only one voting and you vote for yourself so you win.)
• I'll hopefully start uploading YouTube videos a little more frequently since this lightens workload.
• More video idea voting to come. (Because those are fun.)
• I'll be uploading some previous ASMR videos as downloadable, ad-free MP3 audios here. (Let me know what your favourite ASMR videos of mine are, and I'll see if I can hook you up!)

 That's the gist of it; there was so much more that I wanted to say, but I really don't know how to say it without sounding silly or dramatic or spoiled or ungrateful, because I really don't want to be any of these things, I am SO blessed and SO thankful that I'm able to make content like this and receive the support that I do. I think it's just time that things change; like I said in the video, these tiers were created over two years ago, and back then the channel wa sso much smaller, back then things were so different. It's silly for me to expect myself to be able to keep up when the workload is so much heavier!

 I should've made these changes about a year ago, because honestly I've been really, really struggling to maintain both YouTube and Patreon since then. If you pledged for these tiers specifically, I really understand if you want to drop out or can't support me anymore! No hard feelings whatsoever, seriously. I just need to make these changes, no matter what.

These changes won't be taking place until November 1st, when the next round of pledges processes; so you'll still be fully entitled to your rewards for October. Nothing changes until November 1st.

I'm going to be doing my absolute best to deliver all commissioned audio that's in the queue ASAP; as some of you may know, I'm going to be away from home for basically all of November so I really need to get lots of recording done before then! You should have your audio this month, HOPEFULLY, if you're in the queue!
