so i made a really dumb mistake. (Patreon)

last time i recorded, i recorded two videos in one night. i was really proud of myself and pumped to get more videos out in shorter periods of time, and left the second video on my desktop, ready to edit when it needed to be released. my plan was to edit it tomorrow and have it up here by tomorrow night.

the other night i cleaned out my desktop. i usually leave the unedited video files on there, chilling in folders until it's time. because it'd been so long since i last cleared my desktop, i was just nuking files by the dozen and then i slapped that big old empty recycling bin button without a care in the world.

i think you can uh, probably see where this is going by now.

yeah, i nuked the next video.

i've spent the last hour or two trying to recover it in several different softwares. i found one of the 10-ish audio files lying around but it was corrupted. it's gone.

i feel really stupid and really frustrated considering if i'd just realised or looked closer or remembered i pre-recorded the next damn video this all would've been avoided. it's even more annoying because i can only record videos on saturday nights, and this saturday i plan to record the valentines video. i just wanted to post something before then, something between the stupid cat video and that. it's just really annoying that i HAD the video recorded and i d e l e t e d  i t. 

i'll get around to recording the video again within the next few weeks, so you'll get to see it eventually i guess. i'm just really disappointed in myself for making such a stupid fricking mistake. i've never done this before. i hope to god i will never do this again because the level of frustration i'm currently feeling is through the roof.

big sorry for anyone i've disappointed, unfortunately my next video won't be until valentines. i'll try to have it up as early as possible for you guys to make up for it.
