I love that scene with Arthur and the mother of the boy he killed, it shows what all the violence does to normal people in the city. And also the sensitive nature of Arthur and the way the war and being a gangster is messing with his head and he just resorts to drugs and violence and then feels even worse about himself. He often has (different kinds of) emotional reactions to things whereas Tommy just remains calm and collected, always thinking about strategy. And that Royal Blood song in the beginning of the scene is so good!
