Streaming Setup (Patreon)

Well everything's coming together quite well for streaming, I said I would keep people updated and this is the result so far!

I had a huge amount of trouble trying to get the camera in a position that would enable me to actually draw and ink whilst still having the camera pointed down at everything. You can't see it here but I had to make a t-shaped brace thing.. that goes against the back wall and holds the camera up without blocking any paper. Lets see how long that holds up... :)

The camera I ordered arrived yesterday, a C922 Logitech that has a pretty decent picture quality for the price. I will probably try and run the stream in 1080p in 30fps to start with and see if that is enough. It also came with a little tripod which might be very useful in the future for capturing tabletop action! The only thing I might change by the time I start streaming is light source, so far I only have one on the left which leaves deep shadows on the right. Not ideal so I'll try and fix it. 

I'm also using the software Streamlabs OBS for actually running the stream and have made a few nice little UI bits and pieces just to start off with. Nothing fancy but people will be able to see the chat box on there so they know when a msg gets to me.

So everything should be good for streaming starting this sunday! If you want to come and join me I will be working on inking a world map for a patron call Firas requested by Jhamm. I'm thinking about 4 hours should do it before my brain melts and who knows, maybe i'll get a good chunk down by then!
