I woke to an earthquake. The basket was moving. She was saying, “… Not touching you till you’re clean.” She dumped the basket into the bathroom sink. The sink had warm, soapy water in it and I immediately started bathing. She used her pinky to scrub my back and spank my tiny ass.

“Hey,” I shouted.

She just giggled. After a moment she opened the drain and I had to dance away from it to avoid getting pulled into it. When most of the water was out, she turned the faucet on. A deluge of water knocked me on my ass. It came out like a fire hose. She plucked me out of the water and laid me down on a hand cloth. I wrapped myself in the towel trying to pat myself dry.

She picked me up. “It’s too bad I can’t leave you like this.” She lifted me to her lips and kissed my whole face. She set me down on the edge of the sink and I started growing taller.

She left the room and was getting dressed when I was tall enough to walk out of the bathroom. “That was…”

“What are you doing?” She said. “No talking. Just get dressed and get out of here or I’ll shrink you and put you in that cage.” There was a small cage on a shelf over her bed. Was something moving inside it?

I scanned Gene’s memories and realized it was only he who thought she was his girlfriend. The body I was inhabiting was so turned on by the dressing down Tina had given me. It wanted to be in the cage. I quickly got dressed and left.

I had to come back some time and find out about that cage. Or did I? It was not my business. Why did I feel like I had to get involved? If someone was in there it could have been consensual. Could. Like Amy. I had other problems to deal with first. And I could not see Tina’s power being much use to my problems.

I was not far from Tina’s dormitory when I ran into two frat brothers walking together. “Gene,” one called out.

“Hey, Bill, Howie, how’s it going?” I said.

“What are you doing out here alone?”

“I spent the night at Tina’s.”

“Gerald told you to stop that.”

“It’s none of his business who I see,” I said. Bill was one of the guys we captured. Maya was wearing him yesterday. I could not tell if she still was.

“No, it isn’t but with the problems with that Barry guy, I wouldn’t want to be on Gerald’s bad side.”

“Yeah, they catch anyone else last night?”

“Yeah, me,” Bill said. “Some chick was walking around as me yesterday. When I find that Barry guy I’m gonna hurt him.”

“You and me both.”

“Yeah, they figured you got caught like second, right?”

“I guess. Gerald was very tight-lipped about what happened to me.”

“He’s tight-lipped about everything.”

“Were you caught, Howie?”

“No, I haven’t been a sock. I’ve had to blow one of you guys up. Totally crazy.”

“We have to get to class. You better find someone to buddy up with.”

“I will.”

As they walked away, a thought occurred to me. I called the school security office from Gene’s phone.

“Security. Patrick speaking, how can I help you?”

“I was over by the XPE house and I heard a woman’s voice coming from the basement screaming ‘let me go’. I didn’t want to get involved but I thought you might want to look into it.”

“We will. Thanks for your call. Can I get your name?”

“Uh, no.” And I hung up. I walked over to Fraternity Row to see if anything happened. After an hour I guessed security was not going to show up. I found a place to change and got out of the Gerald suit.

I went over to the Delta Epsilon Beta sorority house. I did not know the person who answered the door. “Have you seen Diana lately? Or Sophia?”

“Who are you?”

“Barry. I think they’re in trouble. Libby, Laura, and Buffy, too.”

“Come in.” She led me inside and a few other girls were hanging out in the living room.

“Has anyone seen Diana, Sophia, Libby, Laura, or Buffy today?” I said.

There was a murmured collection of ‘No’s.

“I think they were kidnapped. Try calling their phones.”

The group all tried calling the five sisters. All the calls went directly to voice mail. “What should we do?”

“Maybe go to the police and file a missing persons report. They might take it seriously since they all went missing at once.”

“Have they been missing long enough?”

“Probably not. But maybe they police can look into it since they all missed classes today and no one knows where they are.”

I managed to convince a few of them to act and accompanied them to the police station. I did not go in with them. I went back to Fraternity Row and just observed. I felt helpless. There was no way the police would do anything today. Probably not tomorrow either. I was out of ideas. Would I have to just wait?

I went back to my room around sunset. When I saw the chrome sex toy on my desk I realized I had left Jessica as a toy for more than a day. I opened the mouth end.

“Sorry about that.”

“Sorry about what?” She said. “Give me that cock.”

“It’s Wednesday night. You’ve been a toy for over a day.”

“Okay.” She shaped her mouth into an O.

I was getting hard. After she sucked me off, I said, “Jessica, turn back to normal.”

The toy started growing. Its coloring became more flesh like and soon Jessica was standing in front of me.

“Where are my clothes?” She said. They were in a pile on my bed where they ended up when she became the sex toy. She started getting dressed. “That was fun. Wait a minute. It’s Wednesday night? I missed a whole day?”

“I told you that.”

“It didn’t mean anything when I was a toy. I’ll have to get the notes from someone for the classes I missed.” She put her arms around me and was going to kiss me when she said, “I’m still a doll right?”

I kissed her and she kissed me. “Yes.”

“Why did I wait so long to be a doll?”

“Probably the whole sex toy for a day and half thing.”

She just smiled. “I should get back to my room and see about getting notes from my friends. I look human right?”

“Almost completely. Any compulsions you want laid on you.”

“No. I think I can study on my own without a command.”

“Unlike Amy.”

“I didn’t say that.” She left.

I unpacked my book bag and inside was Gene and his clothes. I felt bad about it afterward as I hung him up in my closet. As much as I wanted to say this was a war, none of us were soldiers.

On Monday, I hung around the frat houses all morning. Gerald left the building around eleven, probably for an eleven-thirty class. He was accompanied by three other frat brothers. Good to see I was not the only paranoid person here. I debated following him or trying to get into the house. The odds that he had the kidnapped girls in the frat house was low. I followed him and his brothers to their class. As luck would have it, only Gerald was attending the class. His goons left him there to go to other classes.

I waited outside the classroom at a distance. Before class ended, one of the XPE brothers arrived and waited outside the classroom door. His name was Marc, I think. There was not enough time for me to try to take him out. Class ended and Gerald and Marc walked back toward Fraternity Row. I stopped following them around Roxie’s apartment when her boyfriend got my attention.

“Have you seen Roxie?” Steve said.

“Not since Tuesday,” I said. That was two days ago.

“Me neither. I’m worried sick. All of her stuff is here. She just vanished.”

Should I bring him into this? I wondered. “Did she ever talk to you about Diana’s problems?”

“With Gerald? Yeah. Stupid shit. Hate all that Greek stuff.”

“I think Roxie got swept up into that stupid shit.”

“What happened?”

I told him what I knew about her, Diana, and Sophia getting kidnapped.

“I knew that crap you do would get her in trouble. I just thought she’d get turned into a sexdoll forever. Not kidnapped.”

“I suggest you file a missing persons report. Just don’t mention me or the Greeks. The existence of the report should raise some eyebrows. The DEBs also filed reports. A bunch of kidnappings on campus should raise some red flags.”

“I was thinking about doing that. I just didn’t want her to turn up suddenly and look foolish. I’ll head there right now. I got a gig I have to get to tonight.”

“I’ll get out of your way.”

“Thanks for letting me know what happened even if I can’t tell anyone.”

“No problem.”

As I was walking out of his apartment it occurred to me that people needed to know about the kidnappings for it to bring about change. I looked up a number on my phone and called the number.

“Thank you for calling The Daily Tribune. If you know the number of your party’s extension you can dial it now…” I waited for the menu to finish so I could get to an operator. I asked the person who answered to put me through to a reporter who works around the college part of town. Soon, I was speaking to someone else.

“Maddie Petrucci, who’s this?”

“I’m a student at TFU and I thought you might be interested to know there’s been a rash of unsolved missing persons reports at the local police precinct.”

“What do you know about the missing persons?”

“Many of them are sorority girls from the Delta Epsilon Beta sorority. Though not all of them are sorority members.”

“Why are you telling me this?”

“The police don’t seem to be acting on the reports. Or if they are, they aren’t doing it very visibly.”

“Are these missing girls your friends?”

“Some of them. I’m unable to find 8 friends since Tuesday or Wednesday.”

“Eight? Way to bury the lead. Let me give you my number in case you have any additional information.”

“One more thing. I suspect the issue has something to do with the Kappa Xi Epsilon fraternity.”

“How much are you leaving out?”

“More than you probably think.”

After getting her number, she asked for my number but I hung up.

I spent the rest of the afternoon watching Fraternity Row for any activity. I noticed a man walking into the KXE fraternity house. He was definitely not a student – maybe a professor I did not know. He left about a half hour later. I followed him when he left.

He was Edwin Pritcher, Ph. D., a professor of international business according to the door to his office. I pulled up the school website and discovered he was the faculty advisor for the KXE fraternity. That he was part of the business school meant I might have reason to talk to him since I was a business major. But, the way I was thinking about meeting him was less than savory.

I had to chance it. When he left his office, I would turn him into a body suit. I had to know what he knew about Gerald’s plans. As I contemplated this, the door to his office opened and he looked up and down the hallway. Then he walked directly to where I was standing, just around a corner from his office.

“Mr. Green? Please, come to my office.”

“Recently receive a call from Gerald?”

“Yes. I did. He told me a fanciful story. I can’t wait to hear your even more fanciful story.”

He kept his distance from me and indicated I should close the door before I sat down across from his desk. His office was very tidy. There was a small stack of trade journals on a corner of his desk. Otherwise, all the books were on shelves. There were no papers in sight though he did have a briefcase standing behind his desk.

“Please sit. You are the transformer, right?”

“The what?”

“Oh, dear. Ever locked in battle with the observer and doesn’t even know it. I know you’ve met the hypnotist. Have you met any of the others?”

“The shrinker?”

“Really? I didn’t know the shrinker was in play. I’ll ask you more about that one later. But, it does seem I need to go first. What do you remember about Thymes-Fawler University’s origins from your freshmen orientation?”

“Not much. Founded in like 1705.”

“1704, close. And what do you know about Mr. Thymes and Mr. Fawler?”

“Just their names. Horace and, um, Archibald.”

“Good, good. Most people don’t remember their first names. In any case, our dear founders were sorcerers. Much like you, Mr. Avignon, Ms Vasquez, and most likely the person who shrinks people are sorcerers. Is the shrinker a man or a woman?” He leaned forward as if being closer to me would allow him to learn the answer that much faster.

“A woman.”

“And you haven’t met any of the others?”

“I don’t know what others there might be.”

“Right. I get ahead of myself,” he said settling back in his chair again. “Horace was a hypnotist and Archibald was an observer. That combination of abilities is most potent as you can imagine. The observer finds people of interest and the hypnotist takes them under their sway. An alliance like that can be an unstoppable force with just a little ambition.”

“And that’s why Gerald wanted Maria on the council.”

“No, that’s why Gerald wanted Maria indebted to him for getting her on the council. Gerald is a man of great ambition. Maria also was ambitious. Together they would have done many great and many terrible things. But, you’ve managed to take Maria off the board. Probably for the best.”

“You think it was good that I broke up Gerald and Maria?”

“Absolutely. I just went to visit Gerald, as I guess you know since you followed me here.”

“You only know that because Gerald told you.”

“Yes, he observed your movement.”

“The creepy fuck.”

“You turn people into sex objects. Try not to cast too many aspersions.”

“Most of them ask me to.”

“Yes, most do. Great how that works, right? I know first hand. I’m a transformer as well. You have also transformed people without permission. But, again, I get ahead of myself. When the founders created the university they bound great forces into the fabric of the campus. The campus attracts people with sorcery potential and unlocks it. Usually sorcerers would have paltry gifts in the wild. But, here on campus, they usually end up claiming one of the seven major archetypes: the observer, the hypnotist, the empath, the lover, the brawler, the artist, and the transformer. The shrinker is a minor archetype that occurs far more rarely than the major seven. Minor archetypes tend to have narrower powers that are subsets of the major seven. A shrinker is a transformer limited to size control, for example. All seven almost never appear on campus at the same time and some of them, such as the artist and the transformer are more rare than the others. The observer seems to be the most common, followed by the hypnotist. Perhaps because those templates derive directly from the founders.”

“This university breeds sorcerers and unleashes them on the world?”

“Well, when you leave campus, your powers will be greatly diminished unless you find a home on a ley line that will feed you power. This campus is an intersection of five of the world’s ley lines. Magic is very potent here.”

“Why isn’t there more chaos?”

“Because there’s sex. Most sorcerers love sex and turn their abilities toward maximizing their pleasure. There’s an almost hedonistic tendency among sorcerers. According to Gerald, you have fully embraced this aspect of sorcery.”

“He’s been watching me a lot, apparently.”

“It’s what observers do. Though, usually they do it to get off on it. Not Gerald. Gerald is too serious. He should have been a brawler or a hypnotist. He craves power. I’ve told him his interference with Delta Epsilon Beta was an overreach. But, even I did not realize he was poking a bear. From his observations, there were no rivals of power standing in his way. And then he put you and Maria at odds. I guess he expected you to fall for her charms and she would take you off the board. Instead you removed his ally. And then he pushed against you harder and we are where we are now.”

“What did you tell him today?”

“To deescalate. To give up. He didn’t get Maria into the seat of power he wanted and he didn’t get Diana to join him. He should cut his loses, regroup, come up with a new strategy, and move forward with a different plan. He dismissed me and then tried to threaten me with blackmail. Foolish child.” As he said that he seemed to be addressing the room instead of talking to me.

“He’s listening now?”

“Always assume he is listening. But, yeah, he knew I was going to go find you so it’s safe to assume he’s listening right now.”

“Did he tell you about kidnapping a bunch of people?”

Mr. Pritcher groaned. “No.”

“Ask around. Diana hasn’t been seen on campus since Tuesday. And she’s just one of seven or eight missing persons.”

“As I said, he’s a foolish child.”

“I bet saying that makes him mad.”

“Livid. And I should be better because he does stupid things when he’s mad.”

“If he promised to let them go and stop interfering in their lives, and my life, I’d stop interfering in his.”

“Did you hear that, Gerald?”

The phone on the professor’s desk rang. He pressed the speaker button. Gerald’s voice came out of the speakers, “I don’t believe him.”

“And I’m sure he won’t believe your promise to leave him alone either. But, if you both say it, and you both refrain from doing anything overt, it’s as good as you both being true to your words, isn’t it?”

“And it’s not like he hasn’t done any kidnapping.”

“I don’t have any living bodies in my possession.”

“That’s splitting hairs, isn’t it, Mr. Green?” Mr. Pritcher said.

“And I know he doesn’t actually have Diana in his possession. She’s in a clothing store on Eighth Ave.”

“Why didn’t you rescue her?” Gerald said.

“Because most likely she finds being a mannequin in a shop window pleasurable. So, as long as she’s there, she’s basically safe.”

“Damned sex freaks,” Gerald said.

“People like sex, Mr. Avignon. I’ve told you this many times before. Now, will you release the people you have in your possession and return any of them that are not human to Mr. Green so he may restore their humanity? Will you promise not to interfere with Mr. Green and his harem as long as he does not interfere with you and your fraternity brothers?”

“No. I am giving up far more than he is.”

“I can’t protect you from kidnapping charges.”

“I don’t care. I don’t need you any more,” Gerald said. “I’ve asked Dr. Berringerto be our faculty advisor. He was very happy to do so after I explained a few things to him.”

“You’re blackmailing him.”

“I never threatened him at all. Now, since you are no longer my advisor, and you are not one of my professors, I’ll be hanging up now. I’ll give you one concession Barry. I’ll leave Diana where she is as long you leave her there too.”

“And what about the others?”

“What about them? They came at me. They failed. They paid the price. Walk away, Barry. This was never your fight.” He hung up.

“He’s crazy.”

“You may be right, Mr. Green.”

“Speaking of kidnapping,” I said, “What happens if the police get involved?”

“The university would prefer they didn’t, of course. But don’t worry about the police discovering magic, they already know that secret about TFU.”

“And the local newspapers?”

“They know to be discrete when it comes to magic, too.”

“Can you talk Dr. Berringer?”

“No. We don’t get along. Saul, Dr. Berringer, is an observer and he was my nemesis when were students twenty or so years ago. We have settled into a working relationship where we don’t interact.”

“Could he be listening now?”

“If he is, he’s broken our accord,” Edwin said, looking up.

Love the lore drop, that was great!

Your did say you liked engagement... I think the first mistake here is tell us the reader how many parts the story has as I know how much progression there is going to be. The first few chapters were a fun romp, with lots of hurmor with people throwing themselves at Barry. I guessed there was something about the location that brought out this ability in him. I feel perhaps you attempt to put it into a wider context has not been so successful. The natiative often becoming more serious. I loved when Barry wore the skin of Roxie and Steve came home. I could have done with much more things like that rather than making an army of spies (yawn). The writing feels that you are quickly justifing and tying up loose ends now, rather than focusing on entertainment. I like the idea battle with the sorority queen it gave an interesting angle to process the story line the more I went why does he care? It seemed to be just because of some strange moral imperative to "do the right thing" Look at what he is doing to people... morally right does not come in, mostly he asked for permission for being a doll, but suits were just taken and used. but once under his control there was no freedom, he never realese. When it was not clear what that was and it put at risk the people who he loved arround him. I didn't like you adding a second "big bad" to justify the acting against the first one really worked well. It would have been better to do this is seasons. Second big bad coming in season 2 after he dealt with the first one, the power behind the throne is only revieled after you defeat the first. You could even have done a second season from a different persons point of view in the same world you have created here. It feels like you have created a large world to play in but all the questions are being answered loose ends tied up, rather than it being The body suits worked well for me only being active when there was a human to give them. When I first started reading this thought you were going to have lots of fun with lots of people swaping contantly and it getting way out of control. love the bimbifaction of his GF, by her choice in a non destructive way. I have to admit I don't like when people get brain wiped after transformation, i much prefer when there brain transitions as a result of the body change. I have to admit I didn't like her being turned into a sex toy. I just don't understand why object like that would have any sense of self. No way to sence the world not where to contain continousness. Personally I feel objects should only become active when they are in use by a person, when they are not like the suits the are nothing, so that is the only time they might "feel". You choice however to go more down the doll/dummy line, I haven't read it yet but it did feel like it kind of duplicating you other large multiparter TED. This guy is ment to be a transformer but could only shape them when they were a doll. No ablity to say swap characteristic between 2 subjects. Were are the people with Cat ears someone on campus is going to want that! At this point I am pretty sure what the ending is going to be, the two current rivals will be the 2 future leaders of the university, as has happened before with the current ones... I hope I am wrong though.... and you have something more interesting for me.

That's a lot of text.... Paragraph 1: Fair. All stories must end. And it could be argued this story mostly meandered for the first dozen or so parts. Barry is a quiet, nebbish of a character. He's unused to having friends let alone a girlfriend. He is "a nice guy." And that is reflected in his "must save the sorority from Gerald" attitude. Paragraph 2: Gerald was always the big bad. Maria was a pawn. I thought that was clear in Chapter 18. As for loose end, yes, the story ends. Though, they may be a sequel setup by the epilogue.
