Actually, I'm pretty sure Armin didn't kill anyone on those ships that arrived on Paradis. That's why he said "It was fun back then." It would be totally out if character for him to say that otherwise. And if you watch the scene, they all abandoned ship and were captured by Levi and other soldiers.

The traumatic laugh is a characteristic of Eren and I like that it is mentioned because a lot of ppl in real life do that too. Its also about the time Sasha stole the meat. When it comes to Historia being pregnant go back and listen to the conversation the soldiers were having around the table. I think you might missed something

I think Eren is so frusterated because he at least thinks he is the only one seeing the real entire picture of the situation. Thats why he is pointing out the thing about the Warhammer power. He is just like showing them. Like hey hange youre the smartest person we got and you overlooked something massive and obvious I can just leave if I wanted. He doesnt think anyone but himself and maybe Zeke can see everything for how it really is. Yet they still dont trust him and wont rely on him. He is trying to take control of the situation. It makes me think of the court room scene in season one. "If you guys arent willing to fight then bet everything on me."

Part of why this series is the GOAT is how it divides the fanbase just like big issues in real life divide countries and citizens. People tend to fall into one extreme or the other, and it's no different here. What a masterpiece.

Lol Eren smarter than Erwin? Get real. Eren is a great character with many amazing traits and strengths, but I don't think anyone would say he is anywhere close to as smart as Erwin or Hange or Armin. He glimpsed memories from his father and so had many invaluable insights that others don't have, but I don't think that makes him smart, just well informed. And no, I'm not saying he's dumb either. I just thought it was preposterous calling him smarter than Erwin.

It is an interesting contradiction as Isayama is clearly writing this story with the intent of showing people how there are good and honorable people on both sides, yet people here watching the show are choosing sides themselves like it was a deep part of their identity or ideology

That's the thing, it probably is. Everyone watching this show is a real person making decisions in their everyday lives that are affected by the themes explored in this show. People can feel deeply attached to the outcomes and sides when it feels so personal and relates to things they are experiencing. It's always an interesting dialectic that mirrors reality without having the actual ramifications of reality.
